SES LICENSE RENTAL PRICE

Eighty percent (80%) of license rental payments credits toward purchase-status licensing. Multi-month license rental is paid in full within thirty (30) days from term start.

SES LICENSE PURCHASE PRICE WITH ANNUAL MAINTENANCE^‡

Whether upfront, converted-to, or achieved through rental, continued SES licensing converts to 'purchase-status' and even lower-priced licensing becomes effective for twelve-month annual terms.

 SES GEOSTEERING Purchase-Status Pricing

^‡There is no year-one annual maintenance fee (AMF) applied when a purchase-status license is acquired. J However, payment of AMF is required annually starting at year two to renew/retain the license.

SES is not subject to sale but to licensing only. SES is a property of Stoner Engineering LLC and is protected by copyright and international copyright together with other legal regulations protecting the intellectual property.

United States law imposes restrictions on the destinations to which SES can be exported or reexported. The United States has imposed trade embargoes on Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Persons located in any of these or other embargoed countries and prohibited persons under the Export Administration Regulations are NOT permitted to download or use SES.
