We strive to provide transparency and surpass privacy expectations like no others in this space. Our privacy statement as set forth below will inform you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data collected and processed by us.

Please note that if you or your company has elected to license or use our desktop software, you and SELLC may have already entered into separate agreements that will govern the processing of all information and data collected by us in connection with the software, including data potentially collected through our web and email servers. Such agreements take precedence over any conflicting provision in this Privacy Policy.

As data controller and processor, we reserve the right to update our privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Upon a change in policy, we will alert you with a new entry on our Press Events page in the respective month; and, your continued use of this website will constitute your consent to the updated policy. 1. Purposes of the Data Processing

We may collect and process your personal data in order to:

  • respond or contact you specifically, such as through email, mail, or via phone, regarding matters of this website and/or our software but only if you or others on your behalf directly provide it freely and directly to us at any time through any means (e.g., online form, direct email, business card, phone call to our office, etc.);

  • provide you with license activation capability for the software you downloaded from our website and installed onto your computer;

  • operate our company's business;

  • improve our website content and software; and

We may also use and process your personal data if necessary for legal or regulatory purposes or the protection of the rights, property, or personal safety of SELLC, its clients, or any 3rd party. Beyond these purposes, we attempt to process your data only if you have granted consent for the additional purposes.

This collection of information can be processed into reports and viewed using web server analysis software. We DO NOT use this automatically collected information to identify you personally.

Except for reverse IP lookup we do not automatically cross-reference your information with any 3rd parties. Additionally and specifically for tracking you or otherwise, we:

We hire service provider data processors to process on our behalf automatically collected web server information about your visit, to both filter spam from valid email and to serve email, to regularly backup data, to enable and perform secure data file transfers with you, to invoice you, and to perform any other business purpose we may deem necessary. Such service providers support SELLC for fees, especially relating to hosting and operating servers and internet-related services on which we rely to run our company. These processors may be located outside of the USA and we use the internet to interact with all of them. We DO NOT sell, rent, loan, or knowingly share your personal data with any 3rd party or with any such data processor or service provider for their use. We may disclose your personal information if required by law, regulation, or other legal subpoena or warrant. We may also disclose your personal information to a regulatory or law enforcement agency if we believe it to be necessary to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SELLC, its clients, or any 3rd party.
